Dan Harvey
Chief Human Resources Officer
Mr. Dan Harvey is the Chief Human Resources Officer for Leiters. He has been a leader in Human Resources for nearly three decades, focused on driving business results through the unique intersection of strategy, talent, coaching and culture. With a distinct focus on leadership, his areas of expertise include developing and coaching top talent, advocating and fostering high-performance cultures while helping organizations thrive in dynamic conditions during large-scale and complex growth.
Prior to joining Leiters, Dan served as the Vice President of Human Resources and EHS with Alcami Corporation, a leading pharmaceutical CDMO, where he helped lead the safety and people strategy. Previously Dan has had the people leadership responsibilities with other global growing process manufacturing companies including Unither Pharmaceuticals, and Tesla.
Dan, a US Navy veteran, holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Phoenix, two SPHR certifications, a lean manufacturing business partner certification and an organizational development certification.
