Jason G. Carroll

Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Jason Carroll is the Chief Operating Officer for Leiters Health. Throughout his career Jason has held leadership roles in Supply Chain, Finance, IT, Operations, Business Integration and Capital Expenditure Planning. Prior to joining Leiters Health, Mr. Carroll was the Head of Finance for both Global Operations and Americas Commercial for the Capsules and Health Ingredients division of Lonza. Earlier in his career, he held various positions within Lonza’s Small Molecules division and with Ascend Performance Materials LLC. He has successfully spearheaded cross functional continuous improvement and optimization initiatives, steered operations for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness, managed entity integrations and divestitures, and developed strategic models for business expansion. Mr. Carroll received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration (MBA), both from Auburn University. He is accredited as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and continues to maintain an active Certified Professional Accountant (CPA) license.
