Mr. Brian Morfitt is a General Partner at Frazier Healthcare Partners. He currently serves on the boards of Leiters Health and Matrix Medical Network. He has also been involved in Frazier’s investments in Bravo Health, CHG Healthcare Services, Pentec Health, Priority Solutions, TridentUSA, Informed Medical Communications, Correct Care Solutions, The CORE Institute, and Elevate Patient Financial Solutions. In addition, Brian leads the Growth Buyout team’s debt capital markets activities.

Prior to joining Frazier, Mr. Morfitt worked at Summit Partners, a growth equity firm. While at Summit, he focused on identifying and evaluating investment opportunities in the healthcare, technology, and industrial sectors.

He earned his BS and MS from Stanford University, where he was also a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
