Adverse Event Reporting

At Leiters Health, we take product safety and quality seriously. Immediate reporting of Adverse Events allows us to thoroughly investigate concerns. We are committed to promptly evaluating and responding to any potential concerns related to our products. All Adverse Events should be reported immediately to the:

1. FDA (www.fda.gov/medwatch and 1-800-FDA-1088)
2. Leiters Health On-Call Pharmacists Line. Please call 1- 800-292-6772 and select Option 6. Our On-Call Pharmacists are available to receive reports and ensure appropriate follow-up in accordance with regulatory requirements.
